No Social Security Number? That's the part we handle. New Mexico never asks for an SSN to form an LLC. The number only matters when your company applies for an EIN with the IRS, and after that when you open a US business account. Our Non-US Founder Package takes care of both, along with the state filing and your registered agent, so the missing SSN stops being a problem.
$399 + New Mexico's $50 filing fee. No charge for the first year of registered agent service; $99/yr after.

Want a US company, but you don't live in the US? No Social Security Number, no US address, no idea where to start. That's exactly what we handle.
You fill out one short form. That's it.
We form your New Mexico LLC with the state.
We become your registered agent, so your official mail goes to our New Mexico office and straight on to you.
We prepare your EIN application. No Social Security Number needed. You just sign.
And you don't have to wait for your EIN. As soon as you sign, your bank account application is ready for our partners, with your company documents already attached. You approve it, we send it. Your EIN arrives in the background, straight to your dashboard. (Our partners make the final decision, so approval isn't guaranteed.)
One package: $399, plus the $50 New Mexico state fee. Start your US company today.
What we handle for you
We form your LLC. Our team drafts your Articles of Organization and files them through the Secretary of State's online portal. New Mexico only takes business filings online, so there's nothing for you to print or mail.
We act as your registered agent. New Mexico requires a registered office in the state for every LLC, and the agent's place of business has to be at that office. Ours is. We scan the legal and state documents that arrive for your company and forward them to you.
We take care of your EIN, no SSN needed. Without an SSN or ITIN, the IRS online tool isn't an option, and mistakes on the paper form can mean starting over. So we complete Form SS-4 following the IRS instructions for owners without an SSN and send it by fax after your digital signature. IRS processing usually runs two to eight weeks and can't be expedited. Founders who do have an SSN still get the EIN, filed the standard way.
We help you open a bank account with our partners. The SS-4 signature is all it takes: at that point your bank account application is ready, filled in from details you already gave us, with your company paperwork included. Give it your approval and our partners have it while the IRS is still working on your EIN. Approval rests with our partners and isn't guaranteed.

How it works
- Order the package. One form: your company name and owner details.
- We file your Articles online with the Secretary of State.
- New Mexico issues your certificate, and we put it in your dashboard.
- You sign your EIN application. Look over the SS-4 and sign it online.
- You sign off on your bank account application. It's ready as soon as you've signed, so it doesn't wait for your EIN. Once approved, it goes to our partners.
- We send the signed form to the IRS by fax, the route the IRS uses for applicants without an SSN.
- Your EIN comes through. Usually two to eight weeks later, delivered to your dashboard.
Your involvement is limited to steps 1, 4, and 5. We cover the rest.
Why New Mexico
- Low cost to form. The Articles cost $50 under NMSA 搂 53-19-63(A).
- No annual or biennial report. The LLC Act has no periodic report requirement, so there's no yearly state report and no report fee.
- One ongoing requirement. Your company must always have a registered agent and office on record with the state.
- Online filing, which works well when you're nowhere near Santa Fe.
- Taxes are handled separately. New Mexico's Taxation and Revenue Department manages gross receipts tax registration apart from the Secretary of State, and whether it applies depends on your business.
This is an overview of state rules, not tax advice.
What stays with you after setup
- Federal tax filings. Many foreign-owned single-member LLCs need Form 5472, usually with a pro forma Form 1120. Those filings stay with you and your tax adviser.
- State tax registrations or returns, including gross receipts tax if it applies.
- Keeping an agent after year one. Renew with us at $99/yr or appoint another agent.
We don't give tax or immigration advice, so look for a tax professional who works with non-resident owners.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an SSN or ITIN to form a New Mexico LLC?
No. The Secretary of State doesn't ask for one on the Articles of Organization. An SSN only comes up when the company applies for an EIN, and we handle that step without one.
Why does the EIN take longer without an SSN?
The IRS online application needs an SSN or ITIN, so without one the request goes in on paper Form SS-4 by fax. The IRS typically processes these in two to eight weeks and doesn't expedite them.
Does New Mexico require an annual report?
Not for LLCs. New Mexico's LLC Act has no periodic report requirement, so there's no annual or biennial report to file. You do need to keep a registered agent on record.
Does my bank account application have to wait for the EIN?
No, and that's one of the main things this package does for you. We draft the account application from your order and include your New Mexico certificate, so it's done by the time your SS-4 is signed. It goes out after you approve it. Our partners decide on every account, so we can't guarantee approval.
Which taxes should I ask a professional about?
Federal reporting such as Form 5472, which many foreign-owned LLCs must file, and any New Mexico gross receipts tax registration your business may need. We don't file either one, and we don't give tax advice.
What will I have to do myself?
Fill out the order form, sign your EIN application online, and approve your bank account application. Everything else is done for you.
